Chad McRoberts, Founder & CEO
30+ YEARS of EXPERIENCE
Chad comes from a long family history of real estate development and general contracting. He attended the University of Iowa and relocated to Chicago in 1992. Chad has over 30+ years experience in the general contracting and construction management industry. He has an extensive background in design build, mechanical systems, mid and high rise construction, public & federal work, as well as multi-unit commercial construction. He utilizes software programs such as SureTrack for critical path scheduling methods, Prolog Construction Management Software for meeting minutes, daily reports and weather tracking, PCO’s, and Master Builder accounting software, programs utilized by all big General Contractor’s in Chicago.
Chad McRoberts founded Catalyst with a true sense of the time value of money approach, where prioritizing the client’s needs and budgets comes first. His philosophy is simple: give them what they want, perform on time and under budget, and make the client happy. Realizing and passing along savings to the client is the goal of every project.
